Hamad International Airport in Qatar is set to open a further 21 new stores and restaurants this year.
For those shoppers looking to purchase luxury goods, the new shopping avenue called Vialle di Lusso at Hamad International Airport will house such brands as Armani and Chloé. The new avenue is also set to feature stand-alone stores for Emilio Pucci, Fendi and Jimmy Choo – marking the first in an airport in the Middle East, as well as a Valentino boutique.
Christian Louboutin will also debut a boutique inside the new perfumes and cosmetics store and once guests are shopped out, they can stop for a taste of luxury at the new Emporio Armani Ristorante and Caffè. Elsewhere, customers can shop at Adidas, Q-Denim, and Kashkha, a Qatari fashion brand.
A number of new eateries will open, including a number of fine-dining concepts however details around these are yet to be released.
The openings will celebrate Qatar Duty Free’s 21st anniversary.
