Al Futtaim has announced a new $12.7M renovation plan for Cairo Festival City Mall as part of a major expansion, which is scheduled to be complete in early 2023.
The first phase of the renovation has started this month and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. This phase will include an enhancement of the floor, improvement of sight lines and space visibility and reducing the size of large common area columns.
Furthermore, Festival Avenue, Cairo Festival City Mall’s latest flagship expansion is on track to open in Quarter 1, 2023. The new expansion will see the addition of 80 new stores, made up of numerous international brands and 15 food and beverage outlets. Festival Avenue will evolve the indoor and outdoor alfresco dining options by offering local and international cuisines.
