Square 7 Properties and Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM will open this week Giurgiu Shopping Park, which has a leasable area of 7,000sq m. The general contractor of the project was Austrian construction firm Strabag.
The tenant mix of the new park includes fashion, home-deco, cosmetics and fast-food retailers. The project contributes to the economic development of the city, offering employment opportunities for the residents of the entire local area, explained Clemens Petschnikar, CEO, Square 7 Properties.
Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM have jointly developed in Romania 26 retail parks with a leasable area of 142,000sq m. The Square 7 Group has been present on the local market for 15 years.
