Alongside this store opening, Roll’d have also opened its first ‘store within a store’ at Coles.
The store within a store marks the start of a new partnership with Coles. Customers will be able to shop freshly prepared, healthy Vietnamese meals at convenient customer touch points. Located at Moonee Ponds, shoppers can choose from the full Roll’d menu of pre-packaged grab and go meals, along with Roll’d Iced Peach and Iced Lemon Tea and Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Bao Hoang said: “Ten years ago sushi was one of the only perceived fast and healthy meal options in the CBD environment. We will most likely open in New Zealand next year and we have got an aggressive international agenda coming up. Local and international growth is very much a cornerstone of the Roll’d brand in 2021.”
