A next-generation Dick’s Sporting Goods store is set to launch later this month in the Rosedale Center in the Twin Cities area.
The JLL-owned 1,142,972sq ft shopping centre in Rosedale, Minnesota has announced the completion of a new 80,000sq ft Dick’s location. Rosedale Center will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 16 October with a grand opening community celebration scheduled for 26 October that will feature celebrities, sports mascots, cheerleaders and more.
The new Dick’s store will feature next-generation amenities, including golf hitting bays with TrackMan technology, a HitTrax multi-sport cate, House of Cleats, equipment services counter, an expanded premium footwear selection and apparel, accessories and equipment from the best-known brands. JLL’s retail development partner, Poag Development Group, led construction management of the project at the space formerly occupied by Herberger’s.
