Samsonite marks anniversary with a sustainability pledge

The luggage retailer Samsonite are marking its 110th anniversary with a sustainability pledge. The new strategy called ‘Our Responsible Journey‘ – which includes commitments by Samsonite brands Tumi, American Tourister and Gregory – aims to increase the use of sustainable materials and packaging; continue to develop solutions towards product durability, improve access to repairs and end-of-life solutions; and use 100-per-cent renewable energy while becoming carbon neutral within five years.
