The new store is Samsung’s sixth location in Canada, but first store in Quebec.
The store is one of Samsung’s new showrooms; these have been designed to engage with consumers via a dedicated ‘ecosystem’ which gives customers one-to-one support to learn about the products and capabilities. The new retail space has opened at Montreal Eaton Centre and spans 2900sq ft on the main level of the mall.
Customers will be able to browse and purchase Samsung’s range of products including the all-new Galaxy Note20 as well as an assortment of smartphones, wearables and tablets. A number of other services will be available at the new store: in keeping with the ever growing popularity of online shopping, consumers will also be able to order products online and pick them up from store. Trained ‘Galaxy Consultants’ will also be at guests’ disposal to answer questions, provide technical support and conduct repairs.
