After launching a limited edition capsule to celebrate its thirtieth birthday, the bohemian-style label Antik Batik wants to highlight its archives on its second-hand platform called Vintage and is hosted on its website.
“For me, clothing has a soul, and moving it from one wardrobe to another allows it to come alive again,” smiles Gabriella Cortese, Founder and Artistic Director of the brand.
The launch of this platform for the resale of branded items last week was greeted by a “peak in attendance” with a height of “+66 per cent compared to the usual traffic of the website”. This initiative in favour of circular fashion is part of the digital development strategy of the Parisian brand, for which e-commerce represents 35 per cent of its turnover.
