Peninsula in Business Bay will offer parks, sports facilities, skate parks, residential offerings, commercial, retail, leisure and hospitality developments.
Dubai-based private real estate developer Select Group has announced the commencement of construction for its latest waterfront development in Dubai’s Business Bay district. Peninsula, which combines an estimate built-up area of 5.5 million square feet will be home to a mixed-use development comprising of residential, commercial offices, retail, leisure and hospitality developments.
The project, which is a vertical development planned around open spaces, parks, sports facilities, skate parks, children’s play areas, and a host of retail and F&B offerings will set a benchmark in the heart of Business Bay. The project will be delivered in phases over the next five to seven years.
