After more than 70 years, the heritage brand has made a comeback to Hong Kong as a new bridal brand.
Founded in 1890, Sennet Freres began as a watch brand and was brought to Hong Kong by Albert Weill where it was grouped with the jewellery brand Levy Hermanos. In late 2019, a new vision was realised for the brand, now branching out into bridal gowns and jewellery.
The new Sennet Freres Hong Kong store is located at Causeway Bay and occupies an area of 9000sq ft and spans four stories. The first three floors house the brand’s new 2021 S/S collection whilst the top floor is a dedicated exhibition that tells the story of the brand. The store will also host a number of seminars and interactive sessions for any brides-to-be.
The company commented in a statement: “The spirits of the 150-year-old watch brand and jewellery brand have become the backbone and the beliefs in creating the new delicate bridal and evening gown collection, showing persistence and pursuit of luxury and aesthetics between each stitch.”
