The all new Mexican restaurant is set to open its doors this October.
Diners are in for a flavour treat when visiting Señor Pico as the cuisine offers re-energised classics and new favourites with a vibrant and spicy streak that will appeal to a wide range of diners. Inspired by the founder Victor Bergeron’s extensive travels around Mexico and experience of the fresh, vibrant and authentic cuisine that Mexico has to offer, Señor Pico serves authentic Mexican-American flavours and foods.
The restaurant will offer a number of classic Mexican options such as tortas, enchiladas and tacos as well as a number of the brands signature dishes such as pastor lamb which has been specially marinated in pineapple, onion and coriander for 48 hours to heighten the flavours. A succulent barbacoa beef coated and marinated in 15 different spices along as others such as beef chorizo, shrimp diablo and zucchini char.
The restaurant will be open daily from 12pm noon until midnight.
