After the successful acquisition of the 200-year ungeared leasehold in the lower floors of 92-104 Berwick Street, Shaftesbury has unveiled the new units in the heart of Soho.
The first phase will consist of a selection of hand-picked pop-ups, followed by a longer-term strategy to curate a mix of independent and ‘London first’ stores and restaurants.
The line-up joins well-renowned and one-off brands including Oliver Spencer, Footpatrol, Dunno. Curated and Nudie Jeans as well as Soho’s vibrant restaurant scene such as Duck & Rice, Inko Nito and newcomers Maresco and Miznon.
The units consist of a total spacious 16,400sq ft of retail accommodation and 3,600sq ft which is suitable for restaurant use. The creation of 11 new units will bring exciting opportunities for new retailers and F&B concepts. The line-up includes Soho Space, A State of Nature, Are You Mad, Thomas Knights and Museum of Youth Culture.
