Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) is bringing four new tourist attractions to Sharjah in Khorfakkan, Kalba, Al Dhaid and Mleiha.
The attractions will include a safari retreat, eco-tourism resort and Water Park as part of larger plan set in motion to open up more of the city to tourists.
Khorfakkan Beach will boast the first water park in the region as well as a children’s play area, amphitheatre, skating rink and sports courts. The water park will be part of a family friendly hotel with 66 rooms and the Safari Park will open in Sharjah’s Al Dhaid Region.
