The Spanish men’s fashion brand has opened a new boutique along the Canal Saint-Martin after their initial Parisian store closed last year due to the pandemic.
The recently opened 45sq m boutique brings together both physical and digital elements and services. Customers are now able to order online and collect their items in store 24-48 hours later, further, shoppers can request garments from the collection at no extra cost to try them on in the same time period.
The store also allows e-commerce purchases from the space itself and can also send out personalised offers to shoppers’ smartphones when they are in the store, alongside other initiatives.
The new location chosen by the brand responds to a much more analytical knowledge of the local customer. Silbon CEO, Pablo López, explains: “We return to Paris with more force, knowing exactly what, after our experience and an exhaustive market study, the client needs. And with very attractive prices.”
