The first customers into the upcoming Sinsay store will be able to shop there next spring according to the scheduled opening date.
The new store is set to cover an area of 1,600sq m on the ground floor of the shopping complex, next to the centre’s Biedronka supermarket. Futura Kraków’s fashion range already includes such brands as C&A, Carry, CCC, Deichmann and Pepco. The centre is managed by NEINVER.
Sinsay’s new store will feature spacious interiors with white being the dominant colour of the walls, floors and furniture, to provide a background for the colourful and diverse collections on display. Metal furniture and large-format screens will be fitted to promote the brand and its bold, expressive character aimed at younger people.
The Futura retail park in Modlniczka near Kraków has an area of 18,400sq m. It is situated close to the A4 motorway and adjacent to the Factory Kraków outlet centre, which is also managed by NEINVER. As well as fashion retailers, it features such brands as Euro-AGD, Super-Pharm, Douglas, CCC, Sphinx, KFC, Berlin Doner Kebap, Trattoria due Tavoli, Olimp and Thai Wok.
