Tech-enabled hospitality company Sonder has partnered with Kalimian Equities to manage the newly constructed hotel The Merchant, located in New York City.
Located on the corner of Orchard and Allen streets in New York City, The Merchant is scheduled to open in autumn 2023. It will feature 98 keys, a rooftop terrace, several dining venues and a fitness centre. Guests will have access to Sonder’s app which supports contactless check-in and interacting with guest services.
