Flexible retail operator Sook is delighted to announce it will open its 12th site in early 2023 at Cain International’s mixed-use Islington Square destination. This new space will kickstart Sook’s plans to open 50 new sites across 2023, on its mission to reignite retail spaces across the country.
As the UK’s only full-service flexible retail operator, Sook transforms retail units into adaptive pop-up spaces that are rentable by the day.
Brands looking to hire the space will be in good company, with fashion and homewares retail, F&B and leisure brands including Anthropologie, APC, Third Space, Megan’s, JiJi, Prezzo, and Odeon Luxe & Dine already operating in the premium shop, dine and play space in Islington, North London.

Cain International will join a rapidly expanding network of developers and investors who have Sook within their retail and leisure destinations. The group currently includes: Hammerson, Grosvenor, L&G, INGKA, Nuveen, RivingtonHark, Sovereign Centros and The Estate Office Shoreditch.
