The spot was previously known as a place where legendary stars of the silver screen fished with their kids will now become a site for purchasing luxury goods.
Interserv, the Los Angeles-based renovation contractor has announced that it is on course to renovate the tenant spaces at the Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge in L.A.’s Studio City neighbourhood, which opened last year following a $100M investment by Midwood Investment and Development.
“Midwood trusts the Interserv team with work for our tenants with varying scopes of work, in coordination with tenants, subcontractors and our base building general contractor, under accelerated schedules, and to luxury retail fit-out standards,” said Midwood’s Head of Construction Steven Spiro.
“I could not be more proud of our team for the incredible work being completed at the newly re-imagined Sportsmen’s Lodge,” said Interserv President Victor Garcia. “We’re beyond thrilled to be a part of this project.”
