RAK Properties and IHG have announced Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab on Hayat Island and the development is part of RAK Properties’ master plan for Hayat Island, aligning with the vision outlined in RAK Vision 2030.
In a strategic move to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality landscape, RAK Properties PJSC, the leading publicly listed property developer, has expanded its collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) with the introduction of ‘Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab’ on Hayat Island.
The 156-key Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab aims to meet the needs of extended-stay business and leisure travellers, offering studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments featuring contemporary design and spacious layouts.
The 14-storey tower will house a fully equipped fitness centre, breakfast and restaurant areas, blending idyllic island-style living with authentic Arabic hospitality. Guests can benefit from direct beach access and access to offerings of the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa.
