Continente Bom Dia, Hôma, Espaço Casa, Radio Popular, Sport Zone and Burger King are some of the brands present in this new retail complex, the largest of its kind in the Algarve region.
This project has a GLA of 14 500sq m, with 19 major national and international brands from a wide variety of sectors. The development has a Continente Bom Dia supermarket, a Radio Popular, but also renowned brands in the decoration sector, such as Hôma and Espaço Casa, as well as Sport Zone, Seaside, PetOutlet, Fábrica dos Óculos, and ColchaoNet, and a Burger King drive-thru, a worldwide reference brand in the restaurant sector, as well as other big brands.
This shopping complex has the consumer and his/her shopping experience as one of its main focuses, which is reflected in its design and layout, as well as in the mix of shops, making Sudoeste Retail Park a true reference in the region.
The construction, under the responsibility of Telhabel Construções SA, the project management done by WORK 3 Engenharia & Consultoria Lda and the initiative, development and commercialisation under the responsibility of RETAIL MIND, make up the trio of 100% Portuguese companies that were involved in this project, which began in January 2020 and opened to the public on Friday.
