The Nintendo-themed land at Universal Studios Hollywood will feature interactive areas and a groundbreaking ride.
Universal has announced that the first Super Nintendo World in the US is set to launch in 2023 at Universal Studios Hollywood, offering an innovative and immersive new land in California.
Created in partnership with Nintendo and Universal Creative, Super Nintendo World first opened at Universal Studios Japan in 2021. The attraction immerses visitors in the world of Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach. Super Nintendo World features exhilarating entertainment and innovative technology inspired by Nintendo’s characters and video games. The land at Universal Studios Hollywood will be located within a newly expanded area.
It will feature a groundbreaking ride, interactive areas, and themed shopping and dining. To mark the announcement, Universal Studios Hollywood is set to launch a Nintendo-themed takeover of its Feature Presentation retail store.
