The pair has announced that they will develop an extension of INDIGO, Beijing, on a site adjacent to the existing development.
Currently, the INDIGO project occupies a total GLA of around 176,000sq m, encompassing an 87,000sq m shopping mall that houses over 170 stores; the 25-storey Grade-A tower One INDIGO; and East, Beijing, Swire Hotels’ first East-branded lifestyle business hotel.
Two land parcels will be developed as an office-led, mixed-use extension of the existing development, and is expected to add around 393,550sq m to INDIGO. The mixed-use extension will encompass a shopping mall, office towers and a hotel.
