The Experience Lounge has officially been unveiled at Taikoo Li Qiantan, a new joint retail development in Shanghai.
Taikoo Li Qiantin is the joint retail development project by Swire Properties and Lujiazui Group set to open in early 2021. The project will offer a gross floor area of around 1.3 million square feet and has been created in accordance with a ‘naturalistic’ design concept; blending elements found in nature with contemporary architecture.
The new 430sq m Experience Lounge adheres to the overall naturalistic style whilst also promoting guest wellness. The Lounge will take visitors on a wellness journey that demonstrates the new development’s commitment to promoting a quality lifestyle for all guests and visitors.

Taikoo Li Qiantin was designed by 5+ Design with landscape designed by design-consultant Tierra.
