Tamer Group Acquires Majority in Mumzworld

The acquisition will assist Mumzworld in increasing its digital footprint in the Saudi Arabia region.

The Tamer Group, leading regional healthcare products distributor has acquired a majority stake in Mumzworld, the portal selling mother and child products. Founders of the platform will remain shareholders however the transaction will give Mumzworld access to a combined pool of capital that will allow the business to fuel its growth.
