Tanger Outlets has opened its latest open-air shopping centre in one of America’s fastest-growing cities, marking its first centre launch in four years.
The 290,000sq ft Tanger Outlets Nashville mall, located in southeast Nashville at 4060 Cane Ridge Pkwy, opened late last month. It is the first outlet centre and one of the few major shopping centres in the United States to break ground and deliver to the market since 2019.
Tanger Outlets Nashville will feature 60 retail stores across seven buildings, as well as offer a central outdoor community space for programming and activities, known as The Green. The new shopping centre, which is Tanger’s first to open since 2019, features a 96.5 per cent lease rate and includes tenants such as Adidas, Coach, J. Crew Factory, Levi’s Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Ulta Beauty and many more.
Tanger said that nearly one-quarter of the retailers at Tanger Nashville are brands that are either new to Tanger’s portfolio or first to the outlet channel, including several digitally native brands as well as local Nashville eateries.
