The Spanish tea brand has opened its 18th location in the heart of Madrid at 71 Goya Street.
The new concept store is focused on enhancing the customer experience. New services including the Tea Bar which allows customers to taste a number of products, have been integrated into the flagship location. As well as this, the Tea Lab is a perfect location to experiment with different types of tea. Customers can also purchase different teas, accessories and gourmet products and the brands new holistic cosmetics – Miracle Beauty – which have been made with green tea extract.
The intention behind the concept store is to encourage and allow customer interaction in a more autonomous way, via smell, taste and knowledge to provide a more intuitive and innovative experience.
Further plans for the brand include another store opening in December in the Vasco de Gama Shopping Centre in Lisbon, this will bring the brands total number of stores in Portugal to four.
