The new location marks the brands first entry into Lincoln.
Lincolnshire Co-op’s visionary Cornhill Quarter regeneration programme has reached a major milestone with the completion of Phase 3 this week. It also welcomes the highly anticipated dining venue, The Botanist and entertainment destination, The Everyman – opening for the very first time in the area.
The Botanist cocktail bar and restaurant has opened its 3000sq ft bar and restaurant venue, split over ground and first floors and spilling out onto Exchange Square with outdoor seating. The main bar will be located on the ground floor of the two storey building, with the main restaurant and kitchen space upstairs. There is plenty for guests to enjoy including a menu of colourful cocktails, beers and ales as well as pub classics and food.
