Since it’s inauguration on July 3, the park has seen exceptional results despite the Coronavirus pandemic.
Located on the Cuesta de los Callejones de Huércal de Almeria, the commercial park had an investment of approximately €30M and was described as much more than a shopping destination, intending to create a total of 500 jobs. The park benefits from a prime location, next to the National Highway-340 A where around 34,000 vehicles pass each day ensuring great foot traffic.
The location and investment as well as an impressive portfolio has ensured that this commercial park has far exceeded expectations and Cemar has now announced that it plans to expand the development in the adjoining land to bring further brands and experience to its customers. With a portfolio already consisting of internationally recognised brands including Decathlon, Conforama, Aldi, JYSK, Tianimal, Tedi, KFC, Aurgi, Pinturas Andalucia and Base, Cemar hopes that by adding further space it will continue to inject much-needed revenue into the economy.
