Being developed by Saudi developer Al Khozama, the second phase of construction will see multiple towers and hotels added to the Olaya development site.
The project began in 2017, which saw the redevelopment, refurbishment and expansion of the existing Mode Al Faisaliah Mall, the extension of the Mall increased its square-metre footprint by 20% and has since been filled with international restaurant brands and premium spaces for retailers.
This second phase will see the construction and redevelopment of multiple high-rise towers and hotels to join the existing mall. These include: Al Faisaliah Tower, Al Kahiriah Towers, Al Faisaliah Hotel, Al Faisaliah Suites and Hotel Al Khozama.
