This summer, luxury five-star country estate, The Grove in Hertfordshire, is welcoming back everyone’s favourite outdoor cinema by Everyman, for a series of unforgettable outdoor film screenings.

From 15 July to 4 September, hotel guests or diners in The Grove’s restaurants can enjoy a luxury cinematic experience in the enchanting Walled Garden with film highlights including The Greatest Showman, Fantastic Mr Fox and Moulin Rouge.

Relax under the stars with bean bags, delicious snacks and beverages, and enjoy an array of new releases, family favourites and cult classics. For families staying or dining at The Grove, children can enjoy favourites such as Encanto, Sing 2 and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, whilst for adults and teens, films include The Shawshank Redemption, Thelma & Louise, and Belfast.

Tickets for Everyman Secret Garden at The Grove are included with room bookings for the duration of the summer pop-up, where guests can take full advantage of the spectacular 300 acres of Hertfordshire countryside that make up The Grove estate. Lush greenery will provide a picturesque backdrop for the cinema, creating the perfect haven for guests of all ages to relax on a summer evening.

The space will be fabulously designed by Josephine Hicks, a painter and designer, who is best known for her popular botanical murals, inspired by the connection between nature and biodiversity in urban spaces. Josephine’s work features lots of bright colours and surrealist compositions, to create a fun and retro vibe – the perfect fit for The Grove’s enchanting and colourful Walled Garden. With twinkling lights as the sun begins to set and climbing plants adorning the space, guests will make their way into a charming Secret Garden for a night of cinematic magic.
