The twin-tower development One Za’abeel will feature “The Link” that connects the two and it is set to be the epicentre of the resort’s dining experiences.
One&Only’s first-ever urban hotel opens December 1 this year. Seen as Dubai’s original ultra-luxury brands, One&Only properties are known for their incredible F&B, spacious rooms, and usually, sprawling resorts.
One&Only One Za’abeel is described as a “vertical resort”, located in a twin-tower development with “The Link” connecting the two, which will be the epicentre of the resort’s dining experiences.

The line-up at The Link will include French dining at La Dame de Pic by chef Anne-Sophie Pic, one of the most decorated female chefs in the world.
