The newly opened restaurant boasts a global menu inspired by the Around the World in 80 Days theme.
The menu at the newly opened restaurant is split into a number of different sections and includes aperitifs, starters, pizza, mains and desserts. Dishes include class fish and chips with a twist, oysters, burrata, beef tartare and more, meanwhile the pizza section of the menu includes such flavour combinations as jamon and rocket, smoked salmon or truffle.
For those looking for a lighter bite, the restaurant offers dishes including scallop ceviche, tuna tartare, miso salmon and Thai-flavoured sea bass. Larger dishes include barbecue tiger prawns served with cucumber raita, lamb moussaka, vegetable paella, seafood paella, lamb ribs and The Fillet Sausage Roll – the restaurants signature dish.
The restaurant boasts an elegant décor and features glamorous chandeliers, ornate tiling and plush furnishings. The huge retractable windows show views of the driving range and golf course and diners can choose from indoor and outdoor seating.
