The new restaurant is located just off the marina beach and will offer stunning views.
The Italian-inspired menu at Primavera Al Fresco has been created by Chef Delfino Chiarello and classic dishes such as homemade pasta, truffle arancini, calamari and gnocchi in a rich tomato sauce all form part of the exquisite cuisine that is on offer.
Features of the menu that are not to be missed include Arancini con aroma al tartufo, which are the classic Italian deep-fried rice balls, finished with truffle for a touch of luxury. Pollo al mattone con patate alla brace, which is grilled chicken cooked under a stone with charcoal served with roasted potatoes. Desserts include Cannoli al cioccolato, a traditional Sicilian cannoli served with chocolate cream.
Dinner is available Wednesday to Saturday between 5pm and midnight.
