The Whiteley, the iconic London landmark undergoing a £1bn transformation, has today announced that luxury health club Third Space will move into the Bayswater development with a 25-year lease.
Paying homage to the building’s roots as London’s first department store, there are 19 commercial units incorporated into The Whiteley – with Everyman already announced.
Third Space will take 34,000sq ft of space across three floors, accessed via Porchester Gardens in Bayswater, one of the most colourful and well-connected areas of London. The area is currently in the midst of a £3bn transformation, the biggest investment Queensway has ever seen.
Situated just a stone’s throw from Hyde Park, Third Space’s arrival will mark a significant milestone in the health club’s expansion as their first opening in West London.
