The eagerly anticipated opening of Thirty Knots, Buzzworks latest venue in South Queensferry, has been announced, with the venue officially welcoming customers through its doors on Saturday 10 December, from 12pm.
Thirty Knots takes over the former site of The Three Bridges, situated beneath the iconic Forth Bridge in Edinburgh, and will feature an impressive restaurant, a modern take on the traditional pub, and a stunning outdoor terrace with views out over the Firth of Forth.
Scotland’s leading hospitality group, Buzzworks Holdings, had previously teased the new menu at the group’s upcoming Thirty Knots venue, featuring a host of diverse dishes packed with local produce.
While some lucky customers enjoyed a preview sitting throughout the week, Thirty Knots will open this weekend, serving drinks in the casual and relaxed pub, while the stylish restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with much more to still to come from the venue in the New Year.
The company’s Managing Director Kenny Blair said: “We are very excited to welcome customers to the new Thirty Knots. The venue signifies our ongoing investment and commitment to South Queensferry, having launched our Scotts restaurant in the Port Edgar Marina back in 2018, and we hope this provides the local community with another fantastic venue that they can enjoy and be proud of for years to come.”
