Restaurant group Tigrus Holding is opening two restaurants in Dubai. Both will be in one shared space at Dubai Hills Mall.
Shivli and Osteria Mario are eco-conscious brands, with a kids’ activity between them. Shivli will serve Georgian cuisine, with Georgian chef Lea Mardaleishvili at the helm. Osteria Mario will serve Italian food.
Tigrus Holding was founded by Henrik Winther and launched in 2005. It operates 53 restaurants globally. The group was the first restaurant holding company in Europe, Middle East and Central Asia to fully compensate for its carbon footprint, committing to zero waste since 2018.
“We support the principles of conscious consumption. By operating ‘green restaurants’, we’re not just doing a good deed, but ensuring that we’re making a contribution to a healthy future for the planet,” said Winther.
