Three restaurants, Pickl, Reif Japanese Kushiyaki and BB Social Dining, all with a presence in Time Out Market Dubai, have announced plans to expand their presence, with more already in the pipeline.
According to Didier Souillat, Chief Executive Officer, Time Out Market Dubai, which has only been open for six months, is already creating an atmosphere where the very best food concepts in the region can use the food hall for further expansion, test new concepts and mingle with other likeminded businesses and customers alike.
Souillat explained: “Some of our vendors want to go open in Abu Dhabi, but I can’t name them yet. But the exposure that they’ve got already means they’ve been courted by other landlords to come and join them.”
The Dubai location is the seventh Time Out Market globally. The market acts as an anchor for the seventeen home grown food concepts that are housed there whilst also driving foot fall for Souk Al Bahar, where the food hall is located. The brand is already planning to open in Abu Dhabi in 2023 and a number of new locations have been announced for Porto, London and Prague.
