Time Out Market Montréal Re-Opens its Doors

The 40,000sq ft location can be found at Centre Eaton, and it is home to lots of tasty food stands and top bars.

The site reopened last week and it is the last of the global markets to return to the worldwide dining scene, which is big and great news for foodies around the world. There are 11 tasty eateries to choose from at Montréal and top choices include an all-new live sushi chef pop-up, a reactivated cooking school and a retail shop stocked with Quebec-made goods.

The line-up’s a showstopper, with Tunnel Espresso serving up fried biscuit and brioche doughnuts, coffee and more, as well as plant-based tacos from chef Christian Ventura’s Casa Kaizen. If you’re into sushi you won’t want to miss the super-fresh sashimi and Japanese street food at Le Blossom. For peope who like Indian as their choice of food, they should check out Le Taj, which is serving up Montreal spins on Northern Indian cuisine. There are also gourmet waffles and crêpes from P’tit Dip, Caribbean fare from Paul Toussaint and burgers from Burger T! from chef Normand Laprise. If all that wasn’t enough, then look no further than the Neapolitan pies of Moleskine, ramen and donburi from H Marusan, superb pasta at Il Miglio, and authentic Vietnamese street food at Le Red Tiger. There are also three bars to find a drink to wash it all down with, too.
