The world’s first and only immersive football dining experience has officially opened its doors in Birmingham’s Bullring, featuring 23 interactive football boxes, two bars, premium private spaces to hire and a five-star food and drink offering.
TOCA Social, the world’s first and only immersive football dining experience, has officially opened the doors to its second UK site in Birmingham’s Bullring. The brand, which first opened in London’s The O2 in August 2021, has taken over the former Debenham’s site on the third floor.
TOCA Social invites Birmingham to Eat, Drink and Score, as it combines immersive football-based gaming with a five-star food and drink offering. The new venue has become one of the city’s largest competitive socialising experiences, featuring 23 interactive football boxes and a 360-degree bar taking centre stage, as well as a karaoke booth, an additional bar and a collection of premium private spaces to hire.
Alongside this, TOCA Social has designed a creative, lip-smacking food menu featuring globally inspired, handheld sharers for guests to enjoy while playing. London-based Chick ‘n’ Sours will be on the menu bringing a taste of their ‘next level fried chicken’ to the city for the first time. To mark this and to celebrate TOCA Social’s arrival, the brands are teaming up to create the Birmingham-inspired ‘Gunpowder Wing’, which is a nod to the city’s curry culture.
Toby Tait, Director of Asset Management at Hammerson, added: “Our vision is to create vibrant, multi-use destinations which offer an exciting mix of complementary social uses, from retail and entertainment to culture and art. The opening of TOCA Social embodies this approach and demonstrates how we are expanding the proposition of our destinations. As a regional first, we are excited to welcome TOCA Social to Bullring and can’t wait to get playing!”
