The business has inaugurated its new boutique in the heart of Saint-Tropez, where luxury houses jostle each summer with pop-up stores or by customising seaside establishments.
The Italian luxury shoemaker is keeping its Saint-Tropez point of sale, but it is changing address. Tod’s, which has just announced the departure of its creative director Walter Chiapponi, whose latest collection will be presented in Milan in September, is moving from number 52 to 62 rue François Sibilli, inaugurating a new space with a linear and refined design, which evokes “easy and relaxed luxury”.
A large glazed entrance opens onto the interior space, dominated by a palette of natural hues. The layout is distinguished by silver mirrors, travertine marble hanging shelves and Tod’s signature Vacchetta leather details. Customers can have certain products personalised on-site, the brand said in a press release.
