Founded by St Andrews University alumni Eirik and Gabriel, this will be Black Sheep Coffee’s first outlet in Scotland occupying a 1,600sq ft unit on St James Square. Meanwhile Tortilla has opted for a 1,500sq ft space in the refuelling area “Leith St Eats” and will offer fresh Mexican burritos, tacos, and tequila-filled frozen margaritas.
Ed Corrigan at St James Quarter commented: “Having recently announced the arrival of some exceptional Scottish names, we’re now adding the instantly recognisable brands of Tortilla and Black Sheep Coffee. Our aim has always been to blend together a diverse offering that includes internationally recognised brands, including some national and city ‘firsts’, alongside the best independent Scottish food operators to create a one-of-a-kind destination.”
