The newly-opened café offers Japanese street food and is an evolution of restaurateur, Carole Moawad’s existing ice cream brand, M’oishi.
The store offers an ingredient-driven menu from inside THAT Concept store. The café offering serves a selection of hot and cold appetisers, raw dishes, rice pots, wagyu burgers, sandos, and signature mocha doughnuts.
Moawad commented: “Even though Uchi M’oishi offers a fully-fledged restaurant menu, it preserves the initial identity of M’oishi, a Japanese café with a full menu of Japanese sering teas and speciality drinks with our cakes and our full selection of mocha ice cream on display. Think of it as a Japanese Laduree.”
The restaurant boasts a traditional and modern interior aesthetic with solid wood and rattan elements juxtaposed with Scandinavian furniture and neon lights. Customers can enjoy the restaurant when it is open from 10am until midnight each day and can indulge in breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
