The new UFC Gym, which will be located on Mohamed Bin Zayed Road, will occupy an area of 1,600sq m and will include a 24-foot Octagon.
The new UFC Gym Abu Dhabi will feature a number of training areas with different focuses. There will be a number of equipment including strength machines, cardio equipment, battle ropes, agility ladders, and large mats specifically designed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The ground floor will boast a freestyle fitness area where Daily Ultimate Training (UFC Gym’s iconic class) will take place.
The first floor will house the gym’s 24-foot Octagon and will offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, boxing, kick-boxing conditioning and Fight Fit. Meanwhile, the second floor will feature group experience and private coaching.
