Ultra-Luxury Resort Announced for Oman

Slated for completion in Q4 2028, the 140-key luxury hotel complex will feature a championship golf course and the region’s first cliff-hanging nightclub.

The Trump Organisation has partnered with Dar Global to develop a $500M resort complex in Oman. The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences, set to open in December 2028, will be part of the AIDA project, one of the world’s largest premium mixed-use real estate developments.

The 140-key luxury hotel complex, situated on a 100m-high hilltop overlooking the beach, will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, exclusive hanging suites with private pools and the Middle East’s first cliff-hanging nightclub. This development marks a significant expansion of the Trump brand’s presence in the region and aligns with Oman’s efforts to boost its tourism sector.

“We see this landmark establishment not only setting the bar high for international hospitality standards but also advancing Oman’s tourism vision,” said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organisation, highlighted the partnership’s aim to introduce “a new era of style, service, and exclusivity” to the region. “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to crafting iconic luxury experiences for discerning travellers and investors, while also enhancing Oman’s profile as a premier destination on the global stage,” said Trump.
