The Universal Studios Singapore site is set to expand its entertainment landscape with the introduction of Minion Land next year.
This eagerly anticipated addition promises to offer an array of distinctive dining options, themed rides and immersive experiences, catering to visitors of all ages. The new area will be divided into three unique zones: Minion Marketplace, Super Silly Fun Land and Gru’s Neighbourhood.
No visit to Minion Land would be complete without a trip to the Minion Marketplace. This retail area features three primary stores: Fun Store, Pop Store and Sweet Surrender. Sweet Surrender offers a wide range of Minion-themed merchandise, including unique souvenirs, plushes and apparel. Pop Store showcases the latest fashion items with a touch of a Minion theme, while Fun Store is the go-to spot for accessories and toys, ensuring visitors can take home a piece of their Minion adventure.
Super Silly Fun Land offers a vibrant and playful atmosphere with attractions and dining options inspired by the Despicable Me universe. The area features Silly Swirly, a whimsical ride where guests can spin and soar in uniquely designed vehicles while enjoying stunning views of the USS’ lagoon. For those looking to indulge in some movie-themed snacks, the Super Hungry Food Stand offers oversized versions of treats from the films, while Pop-A-Nana serves up a variety of Minion-inspired popcorn flavours.
Adding to the lively atmosphere, there will be a carousel ride exclusive to USS called Buggie Boogie at Super Silly Fun Land. This ride features a fleet of quirky creatures and remixed popular songs, creating a festive dance party environment that will surely delight guests.
