Upper House Opens New Dining Concept

Called Salisterra, the new dining concept will crown the top floor of The Upper House and is expected to open in April 2021 in Hong Kong.

Salisterra captures the richness of the Mediterranean with the warmth and familiarity of a neighbourhood bistro. With a menu created by UK-based Chef Jun Tanaka, the concept boasts vibrant flavours inspired by the coastal cuisines of France and Italy where good food and wine are known for bringing people together.

Alongside the delicious food menu, a number of talented mixologists and sommeliers will work to offer a refreshing drinks programme that perfectly complements the food on offer.

Under the design direction of Hong Kong architect, André Fu, the new dining destination located on level 49 is transformed by the striking geometry of the Hong Kong skyline juxtaposing with bold Mediterranean colours.

The understated elegance and unmatched personalised service that is synonymous with The House Collective will be available throughout the experience.
