ECE is expanding its involvement in the Turkish market. The centre operator has signed the contracts for the management of the “V Mall” under construction in the metropolis of Istanbul.
The client is the Turkish construction and real estate company Isra Holding, which is developing and realising the V Mall for an investment volume of around 115 million euros in the Basaksehir district.
ECE Türkiye is responsible for the concept planning and leasing as well as the long-term management of the centre starting with the opening. The centre will have around 40,000sq m of rental space and be equipped with the latest digital tools.
The opening of the shopping centre is planned for the end of 2023. With the management takeover, the national company ECE Türkiye, founded in 2000, will in future operate a total of eleven shopping centres in Turkey, including the Marmara Park in Istanbul, the Terra City in Antalya and the Espark in Eskisehir.
