The company, which is a pioneer within the field combining interactive technology with physical activities, has opened an interactive arcade at its Helsinki premises.
Called ValoHalli, the arcade will offer visitors to play on all three of Valo Motion’s mixed reality gaming platforms with the opportunity to explore dozens of different active games. One of the main attractions in the arcade is the firm’s augmented reality climbing wall, ValoClimb. Visitors will engage in a range of gamified climbing tasks at the attraction.
Further offerings at the arcade include the brands interactive ValoJump trampoline games, which allow players to battle against each other as virtual avatars as they bounce on the trampolines. The new location also features the company’s latest offering the ValoArena. For up to six players, the ValoArena is a mixed reality indoor gaming area.

Not everyone likes jogging ot going to the gym, which is why it’s important to offer different options for exercise. Gamification is a great way to make doing sports more fun – while also promoting exercising together. With the help of augmented reality, we are able to encourage people to move in a new way.”
