The global full-service hotel acquisition, development, management and asset management company has announced the addition of IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront to their portfolio.
Located on Dubai Canal in Al Jaddaf, the IntercityHotel Dubai is set to open in late 2021 in a partnership between Valor Hospitality, City Investments LLC and IntercityHotel’s overarching hospitality brand Deutsche Hospitality.
The hotel will open with 138 rooms, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and boasting panoramic canal views. Guests will also be able to enjoy two restaurants, a well-equipped fitness centre, rooftop pool with sweeping city views, exciting retail and direct pedestrian access to the Canal promenade.
The hotel is just a short distance from Dubai International Airport, this centric location places guests close to famed Dubai malls, entertainment hubs, Dubai Wharf and noteworthy nearby attractions such as Jameel Art Centre, Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park and Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
The introduction of this hotel to Valor Hospitality’s global portfolio marks the brand’s first hotel in Dubai, UAE.
