Located in Shanghai, the new store is the brands first location in the Asia region.
Van’s first boutique is perfectly located in Shanghai’s TX Huaihai, the new mall dedicated to Gen-Z customers is the brand new museum-like innovative space bridging the worlds of art and fashion. The store is located on the ground floor of the centre and features Van’s mainline collections as well as a number of additional lines including the Anaheim line and Vault by Vans.
In addition to the large apparel and footwear range that is on offer at the store, customers can also enjoy a communal event space that is dedicated to art, live music and skateboarding. At the heart of the new store is a display of the pro-skater Hyunjun Koo’s deck collection and a music station. Inspired by the Asian setting that the store is located in, Chinese style calligraphy adorns the walls.
Sinic Choy was commissioned to create and produce the calligraphy.
